Grupo Financiero Inbursa (GFI), founded in 1965, offers services in the areas of commercial and retail banking, asset management, life and non-life insurance, and pension plans. It also provides securities brokerage and asset custody services.

It is the sixth-largest Mexican financial group by assets, and the largest by asset management and custody services. It is the leading provider of property/casualty insurance and a benchmark commercial bank. GFI shares have been traded on the Mexican stock exchange since 1994. GFI forms part of the Mexbol Index. It is one of the largest financial groups in Latin America by market capitalization.
